		<description>companies do not pay the same rate consumers do. when companies send text messages to users, it is actually an opportunity for the carriers to double dip.. they still charge the user 15 cents for the message, then they charge 4info too (but not 15 cents).

some of the earlier, larger companies to do messaging deals with the carriers (yahoo, aim, etc..) actually get paid by the carrier for texts sent through their systems</description>
